Dan Tune and several members of the Tune family attended the Grand Opening. The building had been in their family for several decades. Dan Tune cut the ribbon, representing "the changing of the guard".

918 Coffee is housed in what used to be the old George Tune auto shop.
These are the original tool boxes from the 1940's that Morad had restored. They now serve as a condiment bar and storage.
